All camping meets start at 2.00pm and finish at 4.00pm unless otherwise stated.
Please do not arrive before the start, as stewards may not be able to site you and you may need to move. We may have problems with the site if you arrive before the due time.
If in doubt, ring the contact number in the programme or contact the site officer.

Camping Fees
Camping fee for Two Adults - £10.00 per unit per night.
Camping fee for One Adult - £8.50 per unit per night.
For each additional adult member £1.50.
Under 18 year olds are FREE if camping with Adults!

Evening visitor £2.50 per adult - Members of the Camping & Caravanning Club only
Membership cards must been shown

Special meets - Day visitors £2.50 per adult
All daytime workshops Does not include evening. Member of the Camping & Caravanning Club only

The committee reserve the right to alter fees for special events such as our New Year meet and Winter Dance.

Note : The Annual Conker competition for the Alec Wilmot trophy will take place on Sunday after coffee on the field (weather permitting). Hall available Friday and Saturday evenings with an American Tea for our Harvest Supper which will begin in the Memorial Hall in Woodford Halse at 5.30pm. PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF VENUE

Friday 20th October 2017 2:00pm to Sunday 22nd October 2017 Little Walden Essex
Note : The Friday and Saturday evenings dances from 7.30pm will be at Hadstock Village Hall CB21 4PH and Map 154/559447, which is approx 2.5 miles north of the site on B1052. Saffron Walden town, Linton Zoo and Audley End House are always worth a visit as is the local church with its WW2 memorial. The site is slightly sloping with two lovely lakes to entice the fisherman/woman/person. (fishing is charged extra)

Sunday 12th November 2017 2:00pm Music Gather - American Tea Yelden Village Bedfordshire
Note : Yelden has been chosen as the location for this year's gather since it is fairly central, has a big car park and most of us know where it is. So please bring any instrument that you wish to play and join in the fun. There will be an American Tea at 5.30pm before ending the day at about 7.30pm.

Saturday 9th December 2017 3:30pm Christmas Party - American Supper Moggerhanger (Hall) Bedfordshire
Note : The party begins with time to have a chat and exchange Christmas Cards before the actual dance. There will be an American Tea at 5.30pm so please bring a plate of food to share and cup/mug if you would like a drink.

Note : A New Years Meet to be held on a trial basis for a maximum of 16 units. All cooking will be done in your own unit, there will be NO on site catering. Bookings to be made via the secretary through the Contact Us Page. Please bring some decorations for the Hall, a posh American Tea will be held on New Years Eve, posh puddings and Bucks Fiz will be provided. Special Camping fee of 13.00 per unit per night

Day / Evening visitors : members 5.00 non members 7.00 per person per night.

Please bring a glass for a New year Toast

Saturday 13th January 2018 3:30pm Winter Dance and Ploughmans Supper Lavendon (Hall) Buckinghamshire
Note : The hall doors will be open from 3.30pm when we will be greeted with a cup of tea or coffee before the dance commences. A ploughmans supper and a desert will be provided by the committee at 5.30pm before more dancing until about 7.30pm.

Bring your own drinks for the rest of the evening.

Tickets are 8.00 per adult and are available from Paul Rees 01933 674706 or a committee member.

Book early as there are only 80 tickets for this great event.
