All camping meets start at 2.00pm and finish at 4.00pm unless otherwise stated.
Please do not arrive before the start, as stewards may not be able to site you and you may need to move. We may have problems with the site if you arrive before the due time.

Camping Fees
Camping fee for Two Adults - £10.00 per unit per night.
Camping fee for One Adult - £8.50 per unit per night.
For each additional adult member £1.50.
Under 18 year olds are FREE if camping with Adults!

Note : The on-site barn is available for the duration of the meet. There will be organised events for children from about 10.00 am on Saturday which will include a Scarecrow competition and the farmer, Mr. Ivens of Cherry Tree farm has agreed to supply all the straw for the entries. A communal BBQ will follow at 5.30pm before the evening dance. Ideas/offers for children's activities (i.e. face painting) to Alan White at least at least 1 week before the meet starts would be fantastic.

Note : The hall is in Pyrton village (OX49 5AP) and is available on Friday and Saturday evenings (no stilettos). Good walks on the adjacent hills (and there is always the Red Kites). As a group we are going to book a Sunday lunchtime trip on the train which includes a Ploughmans Lunch. This will need to be paid for and booked in advance (donation of 18.00 per adult) by Spring Bank Holiday, so if you would like to join us please let Bob Whapples (Bob Train Booking from Contact Us) know by the 23rd May 2017 at our meet at Butley. We can then confirm if there is sufficient interest.

Note : Additional details:- The hall (NR12 0DJ) is 5 minutes walk away and is available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday evenings. Reasonable bus service (No.3) to Stalham and elsewhere. National Cycle route 30 passes through the village. Cooked food in the Star Inn 01692 580510. The site is close to Sea Palling, the sea and the Norfolk Broads as well as having good local footpaths. Stalham has many shops including Tesco's and Calor Gas (01692 580267).

There will be the normal evening gather in the hall on Friday at 7.30pm and craft activities all day Saturday followed by an American Tea before the dance in the evening.

NB. Members with dogs to be on non-grass pitches.

September 9th 1967, in St. Giles Church, Northampton was the Wedding day of Alan and June. As that was 50 years ago, we will be celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary day with an American Tea.

Note : The Annual Conker competition for the Alec Wilmot trophy will take place on Sunday after coffee on the field (weather permitting). Hall is available Friday and Saturday evenings with an American Tea for our Harvest Supper which will begin in the hall (SG7 5EP) at 5.00pm.

Note : The Friday and Saturday evenings dances from 7.30pm will be at Hadstock Village Hall CB21 4PH and Map 154/559447, which is approx 2.5 miles north of the site on B1052. Saffron Walden town, Linton Zoo and Audley End House are always worth a visit as is the local church with its WW2 memorial. The site is slightly sloping with two lovely lakes to entice the fisherman/woman/person. (fishing is charged extra)

Note : Yelden has been chosen as the location for this year's gather since it is fairly central, has a big car park and most of us know where it is. So please bring any instrument that you wish to play and join in the fun. There will be an American Tea at 5.30pm before ending the day at about 7.30pm.
